Professional Service Terms
These terms describe use of GaliVue by professional photographers, self-employed photographers and photography studios. GaliVue is not offered as a general consumer photo-storage service.
Purpose
GaliVue is a photography workflow service for preview upload, private client selection, filename matching and final-file delivery.
Professional account responsibility
The account holder is responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting login access, having the rights and permissions required to upload, process and deliver photographs and client information through GaliVue, and sharing private links only with intended recipients.
Account verification and security
New photographer accounts must verify access to their email address before the account is opened. Password-recovery codes are time-limited, and a successful password reset invalidates older photographer sessions.
Free Test
The Free Test starts after email verification, lasts seven days and includes one test project, up to 100 photos and 1 GB active storage. No payment card is required and the Free Test does not automatically start a paid subscription. When the Free Test ends, existing projects remain available according to the service rules while new project creation and uploads are locked until an eligible plan is active.
Service availability and backups
GaliVue may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable. Photographers should keep independent backups of important original and final photographs. GaliVue is a workflow and delivery service and should not be used as the photographer’s only archival copy.
Private links and expiry
Selection and delivery links are intended to be private. Photographers can replace or revoke delivery links and set delivery expiry. Recipients are responsible for keeping private links confidential. No web service can guarantee that a recipient will never capture content visible on their own device.
Subscription prices
Monthly prices are Solo €7, Starter €19 and Pro €39. Annual prices are Solo €70, Starter €190 and Pro €390, paid once yearly and including two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. Prices are in EUR before applicable VAT or other taxes where applicable.
Subscription & billing conditions
Renewal, upgrades and downgrades
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling before renewal prevents the next charge while access continues until the current paid period ends. Upgrades may be made more than once in a billing cycle and take effect immediately after confirmation; a prorated amount may be charged for the remaining time in the current period. Downgrades are limited to one request per billing cycle and are scheduled for the next renewal date, so the current higher plan remains available until then. A scheduled downgrade may be cancelled, but that downgrade request still counts toward the one-downgrade-per-cycle limit. A new upgrade can be made after cancelling a scheduled downgrade.
Projects, storage and add-ons
Included project allowances reset each billing month and unused project allowances do not roll over. Active preview and final files count toward storage; deleting files frees capacity. Reaching a limit pauses new uploads without ending an existing client link before its normal expiry. Recurring storage add-ons can be added more than once while a genuine paid subscription is active. During an active Admin complimentary Solo, Starter or Pro offer, eligible extra-storage bundles may instead be purchased by card as a one-time payment for that complimentary period; they do not renew and end with the complimentary offer. If temporary storage ends while stored usage is above the remaining quota, existing files are not automatically deleted; new uploads pause until storage is managed or a paid plan is started. Current catalogue prices are +5 GB €3/month or €30/year, +25 GB €10/month or €100/year, +50 GB €16/month or €160/year, and +100 GB €25/month or €250/year, before applicable VAT or other taxes where applicable. Availability can depend on the active plan.
Failed renewal
If a GaliVue subscription renewal payment fails, GaliVue starts a seven-day payment grace period and sends billing warnings when operational email delivery is available. The account holder can update the payment method or review the invoice through secure GaliVue billing. A successful payment during the grace period cancels the deletion timer automatically. If the subscription payment is still unresolved when the seven-day grace period ends, GaliVue performs a final billing-status check. Only if the subscription remains unresolved after that check may the GaliVue account, projects and stored GaliVue project files be permanently deleted. Temporary billing-service uncertainty delays deletion rather than deleting data.
Payments
A specialised payment processor handles GaliVue subscription payments, recurring storage charges and eligible one-time storage payments made during complimentary paid-plan access. Card details are entered on secure hosted payment pages or managed through secure billing; GaliVue does not receive full card numbers or CVC values. The billing service provides payment-method management and invoice or receipt access. Applicable taxes may be added where required and configured.
GaliVue promotion codes may be limited by plan, billing interval, expiry date and redemption count. Eligible promotions are applied securely at checkout when starting a new paid subscription. Unless an offer states a recurring duration, the discount applies to the first subscription payment only.
Changes to the service and terms
GaliVue may update features, limits or these service terms as the product evolves. Material changes to pricing or subscription conditions will be presented through the service where required. Changes do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
